21½ inches on inside grosgrain ribbon,
Size Small, 3¾ inches tall,
Adorned with a beige ¼ inch wide felt stripe and a huge Ostrich feather 15 inches long.
2½ inches wide rim in front tapering to 1¾ inch in back, slightly turned up on sides and back, an indent on top.
In excellent preowned condition.
