Size small, 21 ½ inches on inside riobbon.
It is 3 inches tallest point, ,adorned with gorgeous fluffy rust & white feathers covering almost all top part and coming down on right side,also we have a double stripes felt bow below the feathers lowest point.,
A white elastic tied to inside ribbon to help secure the hat.
Tags are still attached to this gorgeous unused hat.
