21 ½ inches on inside grosgrain ribbon,
rim is 4 ¾ inches wide in front turned up,tapering to 1 ¼ inch wide. in back.
Crown 4 ½ inches tall, adorned with
2 ¼ inches wide brown grosgrain ribbon bow 6 inches long.
In very good preowned condition, and was properly stored.
