21 inches on inside ribbon, crown is 4 inches tall, rim is 2¼ inches wide and is turned up all around, border is folded and stiched and wired.
Crown is adorned cream grosgrain ribbon ¾ inch wide and also
a cream felt bow 1 1/8 inch high x 6½ inches long on right side.
Properly stored and cared for.
