Vintage brown felt women hat.
21½ inches on inside border, the ribbon is elastized for this i believe it is from the 80's,
the rim is turned up and rolled, border is wired, the top is molded in a rounded shape, Crown is 3 3/4 inches tall. It is adorned with a 1/2 inch green stripe and a felt flower green & brown.
In very good preowned condition.
It was properly stored and cared for.
