Vintage black & red abstract design mug.
I believe it was made by Laurentian Art Pottery, St Jerome QC.
Circa 60's, underside is stamped 57 Quebec
5 1/2 inches tall, opening 2 1/4 inches diameter,
mug is 3 1/4 inches at widest tapering to 2 1/2 inches diameter at top,
o the black glaze a red glaze was laced to create a barbotine effect.
The abstract design is very cool.
No chips or cracks or crazing.
I would rate in very good preowned condition.
