Extra Small, 21 inches on inside grosgrain ribbon.
Hat is 5¼ inches tall
Border is wired and has a 2 inches wide red grosgrain ribbon and the end is lined in black grosgrain ribbon, we also have a very nice Goldtone leaf brooche sewn on right side.
Very good quality felt it has a beaver finish.
In very good preowned condition, properly stored and cared for.
