Adorned with a 1 1/4 inch wide beige & brown satiny ribbon & bow in front, Crown is 4 inches tall has an indent on top 21½ inches on inside grosgrain ribbon, size small. The rim is 3 inches wide in front tapering to 2½ inches in back. The border is stiched.
In very good preowned condition.
Very Striking effect.
I am not sure exactly of era. Good quality Felt, well made,Xtra clean, no sign of use, and was properly stored.This will complete your look with a Vintage, Urban LOOK!!
