Size medium, 22 inches on inside ribbon.
Rim is 3 inches wide, crown is 3 inches tall.
It is adorned with with a 1 1/8 inch leopard print fabric stripe.
Border is stitched & wired.
Made of good quality felt,
it was properly stored & cared for.
In very good preowned condition.
